Sysco Fire & Security was founded on a simple belief β that the fire and security industry could do better for its clients. Better service, better advice, better accountability. Since 2017, that belief shapes everything we do.
Where We Came From. Why It Matters
Sysco Fire & Security was established in London in 2017 by a founder with 17 years of prior experience running a security company. That experience β across hundreds of commercial projects and every type of client β made one thing clear: the industry was too focused on transactions and not focused enough on clients.
Too many contractors were recommending the system that suited them rather than the one that suited the building. Too many clients were left without proper guidance, proper documentation or a contractor who genuinely stood behind their work.
Sysco was founded to change that. To bring a genuinely service-oriented, consultative approach to an industry that needed it β and to specialise in the large scale, complex projects that demand the highest levels of expertise, accountability and delivery.
In 2021 we strengthened our fire alarm capability significantly with the appointment of a lead fire engineer who, having demonstrated exceptional expertise across major commercial fire alarm installations throughout London, has since become a director of the business. Together we now offer a genuinely comprehensive fire and security service β with the combined experience, the accreditations and the track record to deliver for any client, any building, any project.

Since 2017, Sysco has grown deliberately β acquiring specialist regional contractors to extend our reach without compromising the standards our London clients know. Every acquisition brings experienced local engineers and established client relationships into the Sysco family.
MCD Security β Hertfordshire
The acquisition of MCD Security established Sysco's Hertfordshire presence, bringing a proven regional contractor and its client base into the group. MCD's engineers now deliver the full Sysco service β fire alarms, security systems and maintenance contracts β across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and the North Home Counties. Sysco Hertfordshire operates on 01727 260280.
KForce Security β South London
The acquisition of KForce Security deepened Sysco's South London coverage across Southwark, Lambeth, Greenwich, Croydon and Surrey. KForce brought specialist knowledge of South London's residential and commercial market, enabling faster response times and a stronger local presence for clients in the area.
